Shoebill Safaris derives its name from a huge bird known as the Shoebill Stork which is native to the swamps and wetlands of central and east Africa and is a joy to watch for many birders because of its pre-historic look and exceptional hunting skills. The shoe-bill can be seen during our Uganda birding tours in Mabamba wetland in Entebbe, at Ziwa, and Murchison Falls National Park.
