4 Day Gorilla Dian Fossey Grave Tour Rwanda.

Dian fossey grave is located in volcanoes national park. She was an American naturalist that dedicated her life to carrying out research on the mountain gorillas (gorilla beringei). She spent most of her time to save the gorillas but she was however murdered by unknown assailants in 1985 at her home. She was buried near the research centre in the national park at kaisoke research centre.

Day 1
Arrive at Kanombe international airport and transfer to Kigali Serena hotel for relaxation, dinner & overnight stay.(full board)

Day 2
Early morning after served breakfast, go to the city in Kigali for a city tour. Learn about the rich cultural history of the people of Rwanda, especially the two famous tribes of Bahutu and Batutsi that led to the mass killing in the 1994 Rwanda genocide. In the afternoon after lunch, transfer to volcanoes national park. Visit the ib’iwachu cultural village. Get a chance to buy different art crafts materials from the village craft shop, Return to the booked hotel for relaxation dinner and overnight stay.(full board)

Day 3
Early morning after served breakfast, transfer to Kinigi park headquarters for a briefing before entering the park for gorilla tracking. Due to the park’s strategic location in the North West part of the country. It hosts the rare endangered species of the mountain gorillas. Carry with you enough drinking water, packed lunch and rain gears as the weather may change at any time of the day. Spending the day following man’s shy cousins is one of the best and memorable experiences every visitor wishes to take home. Return to the booked accommodation for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.(full board)

Day 4
After early served breakfast track the chimps by hiking to the Dian Fossey grave yard. Return in time for lunch. In the afternoon, transfer to the airport for departure.
