Shoebill Safaris derives its name from a huge bird known as the Shoebill Stork, which is native to the swamps and wetlands of central and east Africa, and is a joy to watch for many birders because of its prehistoric look and exceptional hunting skills. The shoe-bill can be seen during our Uganda birding tours in Mabamba wetland in Entebbe, at Ziwa, and Murchison Falls National Park.
