14-day Uganda wildlife safari experience with gorilla and chimp tracking Uganda surely has a voice in eco-tourism; among the attractions Uganda boasts of are the primates, abundant game birds, and the scenic beauty. DETAILED 14 DAYs Uganda Wildlife Safari ITINERARY

ARRIVAL DAY

Arrivals at Entebbe International Airport or any of Uganda’s border points in Busia, Malamba, Elegu, Mutukula, Katuna, etc., you will be welcomed by our representatives, who will drive you to booked accommodation for relaxation, dinner, and overnight on your first day with us.

Day 1: PICK UP FROM PLACE OF ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSFER TO BWINDI National Park

Early in the morning, wake up with a served breakfast and descend to Bwindi impenetrable national park and pass via the Ankole masaka dry collider of Lake Mburo national park and have a stopover at the hotel triangle in Mbarara for lunch and then continue to Bwindi while taking the Ntugamo, Rukungiri route, and then check in to the booked lodge, rest, have dinner, and overnight.

Day 2: GORILLA EXPERIENCE IN BWINDI

This is one of the highlights of your safari. Meeting with the gentle giants of Bwindi impenetrable national park expects you to walk long distances in steep and muddy conditions, sometimes with rain over your head, before you encounter gorillas. But it will definitely be worthwhile as you observe them closely while they eat, play, and rest. unique and unforgettable experience and bird watching and sights and sounds in the forest. DAY 3: BWINDI TO QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK

After a calm break, meet and greet your guide representative, who will transfer you to Queen National Park by road. The southern sector of this protected game reserve is called the ishasha sector, and for a 2-hour driver. Check in and enjoy lunch at the lodge before going on the game drive in search of the famous tree-climbing lions and overnight at the booked lodge in Issa.

DAY4: EXPLORE QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK

In the morning another game drives to find lions and their prey. We depart to the southern part and lead towards the Mweya peninsula with the Agama driver en route. Have lunch at the lodge while overlooking Kazinga Channel, the natural channel that connects Lake Edward and George.

In the afternoon, take a boat cruise along Kazinga Channel. Inclusive of snacks and drinks on the boat, you will be able to see abundant birdlife that is sighted, including elephants, buffaloes, and hundreds of hippos that cooling off at the shores. The cruise will be one of the highlights of your safari. Dinner and overnight at booked lodge

DAY5: QUEEN ELIZABETH TO KIBALE FOREST NATIONAL PARK

After the calm breakfast, we will depart the national park heading towards Fort Portal. Fort Portal rests in the shadow of the tabled mountain of the moon and is famous for having many tea plantations. From this lovely town we will continue to Kibale National Park while passing to the regions of crater lakes. Here we will explore some small lakes before. heading to our accommodation for night dinner and overnight at Primate Lodge Kibale

DAY 6: KIBALE FOREST AND BIGODI SWAMP

The forest opens its doors for sensational chimp tracking. The forest is reputable for having the greatest variety and highest concentration of primates in east Africa. Enjoy the guided nature in the tropical rain forest in search of wild chimpanzees, red-tailed monkeys, black and white Columbus monkeys, and many others. After lunch transfer to Bigodi Swamp for birding and primate watching the home of the great blue turaco, which is initiated through the community and famous for the many species of birds and primates, with welcoming local guides of KAFRED dinner and overnight at booked lodge.

DAY 7: KIBALE FOREST TO MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast, check out of the lodge and depart for Murchison Falls National Park, passing via Hoima and Masindi, and reach Para Safari Lodge. Check in, have lunch, and take the rest of the journey because of the long journey while enjoying the sunset. Have dinner and overnight at the lodge.

DAY 8: GAME DRIVE AND BOAT RIDE

After breakfast with the game drive on the bank of the Nile with chances of seeing giraffes, elephants, lions, and hartebeests, and different species of birds like shoebile storks and cattle egrets. In the afternoon, the safari will continue with the boat cruise on the Nile for the game viewing at the close quarter. Dinner and overnight at booked lodge

Day 9: MURCHISON TO KIDEPO VALEY NATIONAL PARK

Wake up early in the morning with a heavy breakfast prepared for the journey to Kidepo Valley National Park, Uganda’s second biggest national park. We shall pass via Gulu Town and have a stopover to do some shopping and continue with the journey to the park. You will check in to the booked hotel for lunch and have the rest of the day while enjoying the sunset. Dinner and overnight at booked lodge

DAY10: FULL DAY GAME DRIVE

After an early morning breakfast, you shall have a game drive where you will be able to see a lot of wildlife like ostriches, birds, and many others, and then in the afternoon you will have another numerous game drive to the hot springs.

Day 11: GAME AND COMMUNITY WALK

Today, you go for an early morning game drive. Stand a chance of seeing a good number of flora and fauna and then return to the lodge for lunch and, in the afternoon, will set off for the cultural walk, getting a chance to meet the Karamajong people in Kapedo and Karamema. One of the cultural items that you see is the kraals, the grinding stones, and many more African crafts, which are amazing. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

DAY 12 FROM KIDEPO TO JINJA THE SOURCE OF NILE

Wake up early in the morning with a served heavy and delicious breakfast and start your journey to Jinja, passing the scenic views of the Pain-Upe Plains and the great views of Mount Elgon and Sipi Falls. Have a stopover in Mbale town for lunch at the Mbale resort hotel while enjoying the place. After you will proceed to Jinja at the booked hotel check and take the rest of the day.

DAY 13: BOAT CRUISE AT THE SOURCE OF NILE AND TRAVELING BACK TO KAMPALA

Early morning, after breakfast, you will travel to the source of the Nile and have a boat cruise while enjoying a lot of bird species like pied kingfisher and many others seen while visiting the source of the longest river in the world. It’s such a memorable moment you will never forget in life, and then after you will drive back to Mabira Forest in the evening and check in to the booked lodge.

DAY 14: MORNING breakfast and departure

Departure day
