The trip begins in Uganda’s largest national Park-Murchison falls national park which is home to over 76 mammal species. Four of the big five, the lion, the leopards, the elephants can be trussed in this western region of the country. Amazing wild life like Buffaloes, bushbucks, Uganda kob, waterbucks and warthogs, giraffes, Jackson’s hartebeest, hyenas may be seen during the game drive. The park is also known for the magnificent falls hat leaves you with a memorable moment as you watch the Nile forcing its way through a gap in the rocks, only 7 metres (23 ft) wide, and tumbles 43 metres (141 ft), before flowing westward into Lake Albert.
Murchison Falls

Day 1: Entebbe to Murchison falls national park

Our driver/tour guide will pick you from the airport/hotel and drive you through Kampala as you head to the Murchison falls national park. Stop over at Ziwa rhino sanctuary for rhino tracking where you will see the southern white rhinos. Proceed to Murchison falls national park through Masindi town and check in at Murchison river lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Murchison falls national park

After breakfast have breakfast go for the morning game drive for an incredible moment in the wild as you watch different animals like giraffes, buffaloes, leopards, bush bucks, warthogs and elephants. Launch a boat cruise to the bottom of the Murchison water falls to catch up with the Hippos, crocodiles, elephants and a vast number of water birds. The shoebill stocks may also be seen along the shores in hunt for fish. You will enjoy the magnificent view of the falls from which the park derives its name.
Drive back to Entebbe and arrive late evening hours for your flight.
