The 4 days’ gorilla safari in Rwanda starts and ends in Uganda. It includes Gorilla trekking, cultural tour and visit to lake Bunyonyi for Birding and Canoeing. You will track mountain gorillas in Volcanoes National Park which is home to over 600 Gorillas. Other activities will be City tour in Kigali, visit to the Twin lakes, and community walks.

Details of the Travel Plan
Day 1: Arrival:
Arrival in Kigali. If time allows, visit Kigali genocide memorial .
Day 2: KIGALI – RUHENGERI
Transfer to Ruhengeri. Afternoon visit the Igiwachu cultural centre. Here one has a chance to experience the Rwandan culture through history, food and cultural practices.
Day 3 : GORILLA TREKKING VOLCANOES
Transfer to park headquarters for gorilla tracking or visit the Dian Fossey grave or golden monkey trekking. This activity may last 3 to 4 hours in the mountains.ÜN Mountain gorilla view lodge.
Day 4: RUHENGERI – KABALE to Lake Bunyonyi
Exit Rwanda through Kisoro and drive to Kabale to Lake Bunyonyi in Uganda.
